03 - Slowly pour 1 fl oz of chilled Limoncello over the sorbet in each glass.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It tastes like a luxury dessert but takes less time than brewing tea, making it perfect for unexpected guests or your own moment of calm.
  • The fizz and chill work together to create this dancing sensation in your mouth that no ordinary sorbet alone can deliver.
  • You get to feel sophisticated pouring a float that looks like something from an Italian trattoria, without any pretension or stress.
02 -
  • The order of assembly matters—sparkling water last prevents the bubbles from dissipating and keeps that exciting fizz until the final sip.
  • Room-temperature Limoncello is a disappointment; keep that bottle in the freezer or it will melt your sorbet into sad lemon soup instead of creating magic.
03 -
  • Pre-chill everything including your sparkling water bottle in the fridge—cold ingredients are the secret to a float that stays perfect longer.
  • The moment the sparkling water meets the sorbet creates a slight fizzy expansion, so pour slowly and watch the magic happen rather than rushing it.
