01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (about 1 medium pineapple, peeled and cored)
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (2–3 limes)
05 - 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (well stirred)

→ Sweetener

06 - 2–3 tbsp agave syrup or honey (to taste)

07 - Pineapple wedges, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves

# How To Make:

01 - Place pineapple chunks, coconut water, cold water, lime juice, coconut milk, and agave syrup in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until very smooth.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
04 - Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher for a smoother drink (optional).
05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
